Kindly allow 7-14 business days for all order fulfillment, prior to shipping. For personalized orders* please allow 14-28 business days and for customized formulas*, please allow 60-90 days for the full process of creation, testing, revision and final order fulfillment. Order notifications updates and tracking details are sent to the email provided during checkout. Check your inbox and spam box regularly for updates.
Orders received on Friday's may possibly begin fulfillment on the following Monday, depending on the order in which your purchase was received.
Due to the unpredictable nature of multiple orders received simultaneously, we will notify you via email of any extended fulfillment periods if we suddenly run out of stock of your purchased product. In the event that this occurs, we may also offer additional options or upgrades to accommodate any unforeseen resulting delays created, when available and where applicable, prior to shipping.
